Hello,

It sounds like you have coolant in the transmission fluid.
The radiator has built in lines for transmission cooling. If you have a leak in one of the lines inside the radiator it could result in coolant and transmission fluid mix.

This will require replacement of radiator and flushing of both transmission fluid and coolant.
