Hi,
Looks like you have a 4L30E transmission? If this is correct, it is a very common transmission produced by GM but unfortunately it comes in many different configurations. In Rodeos you should be safe with 2001-2003 model years. Past that, you are getting into configuration issues and it may bolt in but it may not function properly.
