Transmission slow or delayed shift

When driving the transmission either slips or has a slow or delayed shift going from first to second. Also it makes a clunking noise when put in reverse but then goes fine in reverse.

It sounds like the fluid is low and the unit needs to be serviced. Here is a guide to give you an idea on what to do. Also we should run the codes as well.
