Transmission not shifting properly

It is as if the transmission jumps out of gear into neutral then once the rev comes back down goes back into gear. Throws a check engine code. once cleared will begin to shift again for different amounts of time so before starting over again!

Do you know the code for the check engine light? Clearing a code does nothing as the issue needs to be addressed.

How long since you change the fluid and filter?
