Runs, drives and shifts (sort of), but it will go to neutral when shifting. And when it does shift it is after high rpm (over 3000, ) but if you give it too much throttle it will shift back down. I have changed the filter and fluid and the gasket between the transmission and valve body.

Have a transmission professional scan for codes and give a diagnosis. They know more than we do about them. It may be an internal electrical problem or connection at harness etc.

It sounds like you have some internal seals that have let go and the transmission will need to be rebuilt.
