When traveling at higher speeds the truck sometimes has a jerking issue

This could be a problem with your fuel filter getting plugged. Your fuel when it gets pumped from the tank goes through a filter before it reaches the engine. When this filter starts to get plugged it will not let enough fuel through the filter at lower speeds. As the fuel pump pumps more fuel to keep up with the engine demands it will pass by this blockage and everything will run like normal.

Hello again,

Yes that is how a fuel filter acts when it is plugged. It will be restricted at lower speeds but as the volume of flow increases it will overcome the blockage and return to seemingly normal operation. I have included the diagram of your transmission oil pan in the diagrams down below.
