Transmission code P2813?

So, it looks like you will need to replace the valve body with a rebuilt unit. here are the instructions on how to do so in the diagrams below. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem. Check the last two image they have the troubleshooting procedure.

my RPMs stays at 1 or 2, my car powers on but will not move at all. i've been told that my transmission is gone.

That could be, how does the fluid look, burnt? These CVT transmissions had problems. Here is how to remove the transmission so you can get a rebuild unit. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
