Trans was just rebuilt by a reputable shop. The Trans shifts through all gears at 30 mph including converter lockup. Doesn't do it every time, it does shift a little erratic. The shop believes there is a problem with the engine. It does pull 3 codes, 13-oxygen sensor, 32-exhaust gas circulation malfunction, and 43-knock sensor malfunction.

Did it have these codes before what happens if you clear the codes? If it acts the same its time to go back to the shop that did the transmission

I took it back. They changed a valve body plate because they thought it was shifting to aggressive. When I got it back it still did the same thing as far as shifting erratic. The Trans checked out ok, nothing in the pan and the fluid was clean. Their recommendation was to have a mechanic check out the codes. I unplugged the throttle position sensor, it shifted a lot better but not the way it should. And yes I did clear the codes, but my check engine light doesn't work so I don't know if it is still pulling the same codes.

About a month or so before I originally took it in the Trans would shift into 2nd gear real hard. Then it started leaking fluid real bad but it shifted normal again.

I still would say it the transmission is the problem, if you cant get any satisfaction from the original shop, take it other trans shop for a second opinion.
