I have a 90 chevy caviler 5 speed 2.2 motor fwd car was running now the shifting is messed up rev. is forward and neutral is forward when the clutch is out if I hold clutch in car stays shifter cables are good to was low on fluid but filled now how do I get it back to normal

you have a cable issue. you need a shop to look at the shifting controls to see where the failure is
