Transmission not shifting into first gear

Does it shift into all the gears except first?

Will it go into 1st with the engine off?

This could be a bad synchronizer in the transmission.

I attached a picture for you of the assembly. If that is the issue, then the transmission will need to be removed and broken down.

This is typical when the clutch has fallen apart and it wont disengage. I assume you cant put it in any gear correct? This video will help explain with instructions on how to change the clutch out:
