Transmission goes into drive and reverse no problem but when driving it will not shift into any high gears. where should I start to look for to try to get it out of limp mode?

Hi,

If you haven't already, confirm the transmission fluid is clean and full. If it is, there could be an issue with a shift solenoid, transmission line pressure, or an electrical issue.

If the fluid is full, next check for diagnostic trouble codes. Take a look at this link. It explains how to retrieve them:

Let me know what you find or if you have other questions.

Take care,

Joe
