Transmission I only have second gear?

I Recently bought the truck listed above and the guy put a 4l60e transmission in out of a 1989 Chevrolet truck and he gave me a piece for which I can have all my gears and I only have second gear; I have a picture of it as well.

I don't see the picture? Also 4L60E transmission did not come in a 89 chevy truck?

Hi, I just recently asked a question not too long ago I bought a 1993 Chevrolet the guy said he put in a new transmission and transfer case, and it was working and running good before he pulled it out, I only have second gear.
