The transmission will not go further then third gear. I took solenoids out after checking with the launch. The first solenoid according to the launch is faulty. I changed the solenoid around with a good one but does the same. I am of the opinion that there could be a electrical problem and wonder if anyone can assist me anyone and explain where the wiring that connects to the solenoids comes from? I do not seem to be able to locate them for or maybe a relay or something please. Thanks

Good morning.
Do you have a check engine light? If you do, can you tell me the code? If it is a solenoid then a fault code will be stored.

Okay, do you have any way or reading the fault code? If I have the code, I can help narrow down the area of failure.

First test with launch x431 = solenoid 1 0 percent.

Okay, incorrect gear ratio indicates slippage internally in the transmission. That is a mechanical issue inside the transmission.
