I was driving around fine but, when I got home I only had second gear, neutral, and reverse. In neutral I also had reverse.

SR-4 or T-176? (4 speeds)
Is this Jeep stock?
Can you explain the situation a little better than in your initial question?
Do you drive like Grandma (like me) or are you really hard on your Jeep?
Run thru the gears sitting still (1, 2, 3, 4, R) Explain how they feel as you enter and exit each one. (Or will it even go into positions?)
