Transmission slipping and now car will not Move

Was driving down the highway when the car acted like it was knocked out of gear or slipped into neutral. Now the car will not move. I have already checked the linkage and the brake switch.

This could be a couple things but it clearly sounds like a possible pump issue or other internal transmission issue. So that means we need to start with checking for codes and going from there.
