Transmission locks up in reverse

Hi,

Any noise from the transmission? Also, any noise when it locks? If you press the throttle, is the engine loaded? Have you tried to remove the driveshaft to see if it still locks when pushing backwards indicating a possible brake issue? Are the u-joints in good condition?
