My 2019 Silveraldo has started to shutter going down the road and sometimes it sounds like rumble strips. I checked online and this year and model did have issues with 8 speed transmissions. I took it to a local garage and they were tooo busy to test drive but said it is no doubt the converter. Another place said I could do a flush and fill of the transmission fluids and see if this helps. What is your suggestion?

Yep this is common, GM’s service bulletin describes this condition as a shake/shudder during light-throttle steady driving, often described like rumble strips, and directs a complete transmission fluid exchange using the updated Mobil 1 Synthetic LV ATF HP fluid. So I would try that first, I have also seen the torque converter start to go out and cause this but the fluid change should fix it. Do not use additives and do not let a shop put in a “universal” ATF. Please let us know what happens.
