transmission juddering when acellerating?

juddering when I'm pulling off sometimes pulls off very slowly before it accelerates. works fine once it's in motion.

The first thing I would do is check the transmission fluid level and if it is burnt, I would do a fluid service. Here is a guide to help and I have included instructions in the images below for your car:
