Park doesn't work. Also when you put it in reverse it makes a grinding noise, almost like a loose chain on a sprocket, and doesn't move. It does go forward and shifts through all gears, but it does grind a little. I thought it was the transfer case,but I changed that and it didn't help. Thanks.

you have an internal failure in the trans. if you drop the trans pan, my guess is you will see a lot of material from a bad gear
