Hi. I'm having trouble with my transmission. I put in drive but it won't go. But reverse, third, and low gear work perfectly. I drive it like manually shifting it from low to third, then back into drive for over drive. I changed out both shifting solenoid and the checked the output speed sensor. Changed transmission oil nothing. Just throwing parts at it.

Hello,

Lets see if the shift valve one (light green wire) is getting a signal and if so the transmission is bad and needs to be replaced. Here is a guide to help you test the wire for 12 volts and the wiring diagrams for the transmission below so you can see how the system works. Can I ask if all the gear selector lights are working? If it does not get a signal the PCM is bad.

Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find.

It sounds like the transmission has had an internal failure. I have included the steps for your cars transmission removal in the diagrams below. This video show a rear wheel drive transmission replaced which can show you many things that pertain to the job.
