I put my car in every gear and it does not move, until I put it in drive and floor the gas pedal and the car moves really really slow. what is going on?

There transmission is slipping, this can be due to a number of internal problems, low oil level, failed oil pump, failed torque converter are a few of the problems that may be the fault, this will have to be taken to a trans specialist for exact diagnoses, i would suggest that someone with European experience for this job.
