Replacing the clutch plate and pressure plate?

Trying to change the clutch plate and pressure plate period the system on it is a dual clutch plate system, but the auto parts stores only list a single clutch plate kit period will that work, or do I have to buy a conversion kit?

I have never heard of a dual clutch on a 2004 Ford truck, can you upload an image of the clutch so I can confirm the set up? Check out the images (below). Please let us know what you find.
