Transmission, speedometer not reading properly

Speedometer says it is moving when it is not and it makes noises.

I do not know even if it is possible but I have to ask since in this diagram both the input and output speed sensors appear to have the same connection type, so make sure they are not hooked up backwards.
The input sensor wires are both dark green/white and output are dark green/violet and dark green/brown.
