Doesn't catch 4-6 gears, only sometimes when cold. Over-revs and locks into gear. Replaced TCM, transmission solenoids, fluid, and filter.

Hi,

Are there any noises from the transmission? Also, it sounds like you have already replaced all the electronics. By chance, are there any diagnostic trouble codes stored? Have you scanned the can-bus?

CAN stands for controller area network. Basically, the different modules are tied together via a few wires. This type of scan will retrieve codes regardless of the module storing them.

Here is a link showing how it's done:

When you say solenoids, are you referring to the hydraulic selector unit?

Let me know.
