Transmission not shifting issues

It doesn't move at D4 start move at d2 but after it starts moving, I shift to d4 and keep moving and shifting.

This sounds like an internal transmission issue. When you are shifting to D4 that means you are applying certain shift solenoids and different combination in 2.

I am attaching the application chart below that will show this. Basically, in second we are applying both solenoid A and B which is different than in D4 1st gear.

In other words when you put it in D2 you are forcing it into second gear.

This all means we need to start with checking the fluid and then if that is okay, we will need to most likely do an internal search of the transmission to inspect for wear.
