Had to replace transfer case. My husband took it out then went to jail leaving me to put it back in. Everything went smoothly until it was time to connect wires to it. Which wires go to which sensors? And the encoder motor wires both have the same female end, so they won't connect them that leaves me with a 7-pin connector that I have nothing to connect to! I'm confused and it's really got me upset. My only mode of transportation and it's been down for 2 months. I'm this close and yet still without a ride. I've looked at color wire diagrams and they don't tell me what I want to know. I'm hoping you can.

Do you think you could verify the vehicle please? Chevrolet didn't build the Caprice in 2004 for use in the US, only in the middle east and Latin America and were not equipped with a transfer case. Perhaps you meant one of the trucks? Sorry for the extra trouble but we will try to help once we know which vehicle you have.
