While driving transmissions shifts in and out of four wheel drive

Can you check for any codes in the system? It sounds like either the module or the shift motor is the issue.

The module is the GEM module or body control module.

I attached a wiring diagram for you to view. I would disconnect the motor on the transfer case and see if it still happens.
