transmission noise

in park and neutral the truck runs perfect, but as soon as you put it in reverse are drive it makes a squealing sound and the hole car shutters, speed it up to about ten miles an hour and the noise goes away and no longer shutters. shift perfect no slipping and smooth through all gears up and down until you come to a stop. then it starts shuttering again.

That sounds like a bad sprag one way clutch. The squeal/shudder is the bearing rollers trying to get a grip on the races.
You could drain and refill it and see how much metal is in the trans. but I have an idea that a rebuild or replacement is in the near future.
