Trans axle problem

Hello, I have the custom model. My CV axles went bad due to my transmission mount being broke. I had both driver and passenger replaced as well as the mount. Now my uncle did the mechanics he put it back together but when we started it up I drove around the block and I noticed my speedometer is not working and it drives, but will not change gears.
