Driver's side windshield wiper stopped working

Four cylinder two wheel drive automatic 9,000 miles

Recently my driver's side windshield wiper stopped working. The passenger side works, but scrapes across the driver's side one and the washer fluid still dispenses. Is there something I can fix or replace?

Have Toyota fix it under warranty. This is covered under bumper to bumper warranty.
