water sedimenter

1988 TOYOTA LANDCRUISER

My old 1988 Tojo HJ61 turbo diesel has not had the sedimenter drained for a while, and the light has come on.
Where is the sedimenter and how do I drain it?
I am amazed the light came on!

Usually that would be located on the fuel filter assembly but I cannot find anything in the manuals I have that shows it. If you follow the fuel line from the injector pump toward the tank you should be able to locate it. I have the chassis book, not in it, the engine book, nope not there, and the maintenance book tells you to drain it every oil change, but not where it is located !
