2004 Toyota Vitz Severe Engine missing and vibrates

My Car Toyota Vitz is doing severe engine missing and vibrates at low RPM. It gets autimatically off . Few mechanics declare it as Engine head valves problem and other says it is fault of fuel system and fuel injectors. Please guide me on the subject problem.

Hi there,
The first thing that you need to do is check for any set fault code with a scan, also do all the basic tune up items, start here and report what you find.
