Passenger side heater not working

Vehicle listed above is a Venza. No matter how much I turn the knob, it will not heat. The driver side on the other hand works perfectly. I assume it's the HVAC motor that flips the doors, but when I took down the cabinet, I couldn't find it. Also, it takes about 40 seconds for my air to start blowing if that helps.

You are correct that this is a blend door issue. I am attaching a couple videos that will help explain this.

Unfortunately we don't have a manual on this specific vehicle but I attached the process below for a like vehicle offered here in North America.
