I've just noticed that my oil pressure guage is running significantly lower than normal at both idle and running. At the same time, my engine temperature is running dangerously high. I checked both coolant and oil levels and both are ok. Yesterday I again checked everything replaced caps and everything returned to normal only to return the the above mentioned levels after just a couple of miles today. What do you think?

Check the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge and test the engine coolant temperature sensor.
