Toyota TownAce - Abnormal sound / noise

I have Toyota townace 3C engine diesel.
It has a very alot noise and and the engineer have tried to twist the injector without success.
What should we do to cure the problem.
Please advise.

I need more info as lots of noise can be anything, and what do you mean by twisting the injectors? they are designed to sit in one position only.
