1996 Toyota Tercel fuel injectors is getting too much gas

Engine Mechanical problem
1996 Toyota Tercel 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive 246400 miles

as long as the car is cold it runs right but after it heats up
it starts running fast. like a bat out of hell and when i stop it it won't start. i have to unplug the injectors start the car then replug the injectors then it will start

Check the fuel pressure and also the cold start valve/timer switch could be functioning when not needed-
