1995 Toyota Tercel Not blowing cool air

All of a sudden, the car isn't blowing any cool air. I took it into Valvoline and they ran their air conditioning tests and said that the compressor and freon were in good working order, and there wasn't any leaks. So, what could be happening that I'm not getting cool air blowing?

Is the clutch engaging the compressor-if so,check the air blend door if it's stuck on the heat position.
