1994 Toyota Tercel Feel Jerks & shakes

Tercel,done 194K mileage. gives slightly, continue & regular shakes when start the car. While moving, when i accelate the car it take some time to pickup its speed & feel jerks at stop.
Can someone pls. help me to sort out this?
