chances are its a faulty coolant temperature switch reading too hot of a temperature causing the cooling fans to kick on and run!
if the guage is still showing cold and the fans are on the switch could still be bad as it has differnt wirings.

Hi guillermo,
Ground the fan thermo switch wire and if the motor still runs, the relay is sticking. Replace the relay.
