1993 Toyota Tercel Squeal on Startup

My '93 Tercel (1.5L, 4-speed manual) has started making a squealing noise on startup. It'll last for 5-15 seconds and seems to go away faster if I put the stick in neutral rather than try to start driving. It also will usually not squeal at all if the car has been sitting for less than 6 hours or so. Otherwise the car runs amazingly.

Current mileage ~124500
Timing belt, drive belt changed ~110000
Oil/filter changed ~120500 (Using Mobil1 10w30)
Problem started around 123000
