1993 Toyota Tercel no power at fuel pump

1993 Toyota Tercel 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

i can power up the fuel pump with a power probe but it wont power if u turn on the key have checked all fuses and relays could this be a computer problem

Inspect inertia switch ( if equipped) and also ignition switch.
