1993 Toyota Tercel engine topping out

I have a 93 tercel and need to know how i or if i can eliminate the rev limiter or adjust it to get more speed out of it in lower gears it tops out on me in second really fast

Hi hornetracer,

If it cuts at the red line, the only way of doing it is to remap the ECM.
