Hi, I have change head gaskit, pressure check and re-surface head by machine shop. change sensers, thermostate, readiator and water pump is fine. but the gage needle is still showing over heating. When I keep running the ratiator fan than needle gage is showing 3/4 heating, when I discontect the fan the It start when needle goes up to 3/4. and some time it goes to red spot. when the car is running in park mode and rediator cap is open, than in the cap area there is foam creating and water over fell out of rediator. redaitor cap is good to. Could needle gage would be out control. Please advise. Is little foam is normal in the rediator cap area.

Get it block and pressure tested to rule out a blown headgasket and cracked head and block.
