i noticed that the pulley where the alternator goes and the timing belt cover is the pully has cut a hole mit the cover should oil be coming out all under the car

Hi ncbadboy,

The timing belt cover is only for protecting the timing belt from external contaminations.

Oil is prevented from leaking from the engine by an seal inside the cover, behind the timing belt sprocket.

If any oil is leaking, then yuo need to check the oil seal.
