I just put a new rebuilt starter in. Turn the key and zippo,nothing. Batties good,checked fuses. Bad starter?

You sure its not an anti theft device problem? If not do below

If the battery and connections are good-start by checking the starter inhibitor switch, starter relay,transmission range switch and igntion switch-last the starter motor
