2004 Toyota Tacoma Not heat from heater what is wrong? How

The heater blows cold air when the engine is idling. Plenty of hot air comes out when the engine is above an idle.

Inspect coolant level. If OK, inspect heater core hoses under hood. Ensure that both are warm to touch after engine is warm. If only one or neither are warm, indicates clogged/faulty heater core. If OK, inspect thermostat to ensure it is not sticking.
