HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH TRUCK. REPLACED PLUGS, AIR FILTER, AND FUEL FILTER. RAN AND IDLED NORMALY, THEN i WIPED THE CARBON FROM THE THROTTLE PLATE AND HOUSING WITH CLEANER AND RAG. NOW THE IDLE IS HIGHER, ABOUT 1100 TO 12OO. DOES THE THROTTLE NEED TO BE SET NOW?

Did you disconnect the battery if not try cleaning out the idle air control valve and test the throttle position sensor and mass airflow meter. If you did the computer has to go thru a relearning process
