2001 Toyota Tacoma Vibration felt when applying brakes

2001 Toyota Tacoma 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

I recently replaced my pads and rotors. Now when I brake I feel a vibration in the brakes. Thinking about changing the anti-rattle clips and possibly bearings. Any thoughts.

You probably installed a slightly warped rotor...re do!
