I was wondering what else I might need to do additionally to my truck to get rid of the clattering. I have replaced o2 sensors, spark plus, and plug wires. I have also run a couple tanks of gas trrough with injector cleaner. What else could I do to improve this matter?

Basicly it sounds like clattering from bad gas. But it does it with all gas, even shell and exxon. And it really just does it when Accelerating from a stop. Or thats when I notice it more antway. Also it does not seem to change with engine temp.I have also replaced the fuel filter and the pcv valve.
Thanks for your help!!
