1997 Toyota Tacoma rough idle

My engine has a rough idle and i get it up to a higher rpm and it smoothes out until the next gear. I did new cap and plugs about 2 years ago so i don't think misfire is the issue. Air filter good so maybe pcv or ??? PLease help!!!!

Check the mass airflow/throttle position sensor and the idle air control valve
